Cost control of energy-saving aluminum door and window development and application
Jul 17, 2018

The development of building energy conservation and green building in China has been going through many years. Many advanced energy-saving products and energy-saving technologies have been gradually applied to the construction industry in China. The problem of energy-saving insulation is particularly prominent in buildings. It is related to resources. Low carbon, environmental protection and other sustainable development issues. Doors and windows (door and window decoration renderings) occupy an important position in the energy-saving system of the house. At present, China's building energy consumption accounts for more than 27% of the total energy consumption of the whole society. The energy consumption of glass doors and windows accounts for about 40% of the building energy consumption. Therefore, it is imperative to choose insulation and energy-saving doors and windows. At present, there are three types of energy-saving doors and windows that are mainly used in the market: plastic doors and windows, wear-resistant aluminum alloy doors and windows, and glue-insulated aluminum alloy doors and windows. From the current application situation, plastic doors and windows are mainly used in rural buildings, some low-end residential quarters and some buildings with low floors. The wear-resistant aluminum alloy doors and windows and glue-insulated aluminum alloy doors and windows are the first choice for urban residential, commercial apartment buildings and landmark buildings. Even some county and village markets have gradually recognized such doors and windows. In fact, these three doors and windows have some common advantages and some of their respective characteristics.

Insulation performance: generally determined by the thermal conductivity K value of the material itself. The thermal conductivity K (W/m2•K) value of the plastic profile (PVC) is 0.16; the thermal insulation coefficient of the glass fiber reinforced PA66 material in the strip-type heat insulation aluminum is 0.26-0.34; The K value of the thermal insulation of aluminum is 0.008-0.13. Insulation is the best insulation material from the thermal conductivity K value of the insulation material. The insulation performance of the window is represented by the heat transfer coefficient U. The new current standard in Beijing stipulates that the U value is 2.8 (W/m2•K) (Beijing residential building energy-saving design standard DBJ11-602-2006), Shanghai's new current standard The U value is 3.2 (W/m2•K) (Shanghai residential building energy-saving design standard DG/TJ08-205-2008); the same door and window, and the glass system configuration is the same, the plastic door and window U value is 2.2 -2.9W/m2•K; the U value of the wear-resistant aluminum alloy doors and windows is 2.2-2.6W/m2•K, while the U value of the glue-insulated aluminum alloy doors and windows is smaller than that of the wear-through insulation window ( Mainly reflected in the thermal insulation rubber K value is smaller and the casting glue is solid in the heat insulation tank, unlike the strip type between the two insulation strips is a cavity, there will be air convection phenomenon). It can be seen that the glue-insulated aluminum alloy doors and windows are the first choice for energy-saving doors and windows in terms of heat insulation performance.
